What is Power Level 1?
Have you just started out in yoga and want to take some of the Level 1-3 classes but notice they are super challenging? Well we have a class on the schedule - called Power Level 1 at 4:30 on Thursday. In the class you will learn some of the foundational options that you will see in the Power - We Flow Hard Classes. This is instructional based and a great way to learn alignment in Chaturanga, Step Through, Hops Forward and Back in a Vinyasa, What is a Sun A/B, More complex postures like Triangle, Side Angle, Warrior 3, Half Moon. This is a great place to prepare for the We Flow Hard All Level classes
If you are unsure how to modify a side plank, when to use a block to support you, or how to modify a vinyasa - this may be a great class to try. It review the Fundamentals of Power/Vinyasa yoga in a digestible way.
